1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to your 9999 Game account are made in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported:

5 Withdrawals

Where bonus abuse is identified, 9999 Game reserves the right to remove the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the account.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of 9999 Game covers cricket, football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 9999 Game. The platform reserves the right to decline any bet or limit stake amounts at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance.

7.2 Cricket and PSL Betting

7.3 Void Bets

7.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

7.5 Maximum Winnings

8 Casino and Slots

The casino and slots sections of 9999 Game include titles from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Habanero, Jili, PG Soft and Spribe, among others. The following terms apply to all casino and slot gameplay:

• All games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by the game software and are not influenced by 9999 Game.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be cancelled and any stake involved returned to your balance. Winnings from an incomplete round will not be paid.

9999 Game uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If suspicious activity is identified, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation, with access to funds held until the review is complete.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

9999 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a specified timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any remaining balance and pending withdrawals may be forfeited. Where closure is for other reasons, genuine account balances will be returned through the original payment method after any relevant review period.
